We follow refunds unless its damaged or defective provided there is a complete unboxing video and photos
Refunds are not issued for slight change is dress colours and appearance due to lighting- this point needs to be added.
In case of return, the customer needs to bear the re-shipping cost demanded by the courier company
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Proof of damage or defect (such as photographs) must be submitted along with the request.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exchanges
At present, ALT FASHIONS Exchanges on sizing issues is permitted only if wrong size is shipped from our end.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
Customized or personalized products cannot be refunded unless damaged upon delivery.
